Ready, Salt... Marketing!

Cacao... synonymous of best icecream ever. Last night we went to the icecream party, Inês tasted it, and found it delicious! Yesterday we forgot to do something important: tell you who we are. There it goes: Four girls – Catarina, Inês, Maria and Susana and a boy – Rui!
Returning to Cacao, there we also discovered the biggest olives ever. We never saw ones that were so big (and by the way, so tasty). Catarina and Maria were surrended to Malvasia since they first tried it on Sunday night!
Today the journey started so early that we were surprised that the sun has already rised. But then the boat trip was so nice that we almost forgot the hours. At Lepa Vida we dreamed about massaging and the swimming pool: a really nice and innovative place that will be our study case. Big challenge!  Really innovative that concept of open air spa.

This recently opened place is part of the Secovlje Salina Natural Park. The natural production of salt is really interesting  and also innovative, because there´s no other salt pan in Slovenia using the same working method (only one in Estonia).
After a pleasant walk through the saline we recovered strengths with a delicious salt chocolate that was offered to us at the salines gift shop.

To burn all that chocolate calories nothing better than a big walk to Portoroz, only 4 km! After the walk we were already starving, so lunch was more welcomed than ever.
Tina Orel Frank was waiting for us with six thinking hats: one of the most interesting lectures of the Summer School until now. This is getting better each day, which is really exciting! With all that new approaches to creative thinking we will be much more prepared to achieve the main goal of this Summer School: making an innovative marketing plan. We had the first ”meeting” with this workshop and the working groups. The marketing plan is already getting structured.

See you tomorrow ;)
